Sturmey S3X Fixed 3 Speed Hub

Finally got my hands on a Sturmey S3X 3 speed fixed hub. This one is mine, it's going in my commuter. The rest of my first batch is sold, price is £214.99. I'm afraid they don't include the Sturmey wingnuts, not sure how good they are anyway to be honest, but they look nice.

We even have one of the original Sturmey ASC hubs thats this was based on in the workshop. I'll get a picture of that on here at some point when I get round to it.

Updated Frame Repairs Section

From today all frame repairs, braze-ons etc. will be subject to a "standing labour charge" from £10.00.

For example New Bottom Bracket Shell £90 + Braze On Lever Boss £10 + Standing Labour Charge £10 = £110.

It doesn't really affect pricing too much except when a frame only requires a very small braze-on. Our old pricing had become uneconomical in these situations.

Headbadge Teaser

Just thought I'd tease you with this pic. Its not available, so please don't ask, it's just a concept.


The badge borrows a lot from our 50's headbadge but hopefully it looks a little more modern too.
Just need to find the right size screws for it now. Riveting is too much of a pain.

Back To Normal

I'm back off my hols now. Back to sunny Yorkshire, so normal service has resumed. Anybody that emailed while I was away, I'll get back to now.
