The new Randonneur is starting to progress a little bit. Well the colour of our first one is. This is our first mock up. Flam Ruby and Ivory.As this will be our stock bike, I wanted something fairly conservative. If you have any thoughts please comment.
Then its just a matter of squeezing one in, in-between customer orders, which could be a challenge at the moment!

That colour scheme will be interesting to see for real when finished, and the ivory contrast feature will also look good with certain other metallic colours.
Whilst on the subject of colour, is it possible at some stage to see a picture of the actual colour samples? I know that seeing the samples for real is the best option (and there are colour tiles in the 'Resprays' section of the website), but a picture of the actual samples may be helpful especially in relation to judging what the metallic/pearl finishes look like.
Beleive it or not, those colour tiles in the respray section are actually photo's of the colours. But your right it is dificult o get them to come out right.
All our samples are on flat squares and its hard to take a photo of them to show the colour properly. I think the best bet is to take photo's of our frames in diferent finishes and put them in the gallery, because that gives a better idea.
It looks like a very nice frame indeed. I am putting pennies in my piggybank every day so hope to be able to place an order for one audax special when I have enough. The ivory contrast works very well I reckon.
